The Ronettes were an American singing girl group that originated in New York and has earned a number of accolades. The Ronettes was formed by three sisters called Ronnie Spector, Estelle Bennett, and Nedra Talley.

Some of the songs released by The Ronettes include “Be My Baby”, “Baby, I Love You”, “You Baby”, “Born To Be Together”, “Do I Love You?”, “When I Saw You”, “You Are The One”, and others.

Estelle Bennett died on February 11, 2009, in New Jersey, at the age of 67 years. Ronnie Spector on January 12, 2022, at the age of 78 years and the only surviving member of The Ronettes group.

What ever happened to the Ronettes?

The Ronettes earned a number of accolades as a group and they were inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The members of The Ronettes broke up after they agreed to mutually part ways after a German tour in 1967.
