Albert Abraham Warner, originally born Aaron Wonsal was a son of a Polish immigrant. His nickname was “Abe”. He and his brothers founded the production studio, Warner Bros Pictures Inc. He was born on July 23, 1884.
Albert Warner was an American film executive and served in the capacity of treasurer till he sold his share of the company in 1956. During his early years, Albert and his brother Sam started showing the film “The Great Train Robbery” from a kinescope at carnivals. Albert was in charge of selling the tickets, while Sam was in charge of the projector.
In the later part of 1980, Albert and his brother Harry opened a bicycle shop in Youngstown. They also tried to enter the bowling business, but they were not successful. Albert Warner’s net worth was $1 million.
