Music evolves just like everything and actor cum comedian, Aries Spears has voiced out the frustration on how music has changed for the past decades.
The self-proclaimed “Old Head” has waded into the conversation that compares the current state of Hip Hop and rap to the past on how music has evolved.
Spears has also observed how music has changed as he’s been in the entertainment industry for a long and has built a long relationship with other many artists.
In a video he posted on Instagram, he quizzed that don’t people get bored with the current state of Hip Hop and rap because everything sounds the same including the melody, the beat, the flow, and autotune.
He captioned it “NOT TO MENTION U CAN’T UNDERSTAND THE LYRICS AT ALL!!!! & WHAT U DO MAKE OUT IS THE SAME SH*T, MY MONEY, MY CAR, MY GUN, MY HOE! (REPEAT) WHERE IS THIS YOUNG GENERATIONS VERSION OF BLACK THOUGHT (INSANELY LYRICAL) NAS (RAPPING BACKWARDS) BIGGIE (INSANE STORYTELLING) ALA ‘*IGGAS BLEED’ BIG PUN (COMPLEX WORDPLAY) WTF!”
