Authorities have caught Robert Crimo III, and now we know that he has been posting extremely unsettling music videos to Youtube under the name Awake the Rapper, including a crude cartoon showing a heavily armed shooter being slain by cops.
The owner of Awake the Rapper’s YouTube channel uploaded can be used to identify them, and a law enforcement official has confirmed that they are the same individual.
Did Awake The Rapper Have Music Videos On Guns?
Robert Crimo took the stage as Awake The Rapper whose most recent music videos featured images of mass slaughter.
Crimo appeared in his most recent YouTube video shortly after a school shooting. For emphasis, Crimo drapes himself in an American flag. A cartoon depicting a man being shot by police while holding a long gun and donning clothing bearing the emblem of his YouTube channel was featured in another music video.
Robert E. Crimo III left a long trail of tributes to mass shootings and public homicides on social media sites after police identified him as a person of interest following Monday’s shooting in a Chicago suburb that left six people dead and 38 others injured.

Robert Crimo Jr Family Background
In Highwood, Illinois, Robert Crimo Jr. resided in an apartment behind his father’s home, according to Paul Crimo, who also resides there. He claimed that on Sunday evening, he last saw his nephew browsing the internet while lounging in the living room.
He asserted that Paul Crimo’s brother Robert Crimo Jr., the suspect’s father, had previously run for mayor. This is awful because we are nice people here.
Paul Crimo claimed that he had never seen the suspect use violence or exhibit unsettling behavior. He frequently lives alone. He’s a quiet, lonely man. He doesn’t share anything.

Instagram And Social Media Removing Robert Crimo Jr Content
The social media accounts of Robert Crimo III, a person of interest in the Chicago suburb shooting that left six people dead and scores injured this afternoon, were swiftly removed from YouTube, Instagram,
Discord, and Twitter. Crimo appears to have maintained a Discord channel called SS that was accessible to everyone via an invite link, and more than a dozen videos to YouTube under a pair of aliases.
The Verge’s inspection prior to the account being removed revealed that Crimo’s alleged YouTube account hadn’t been uploaded in about eight months. The most recent video had troubling language and graphic graphics that seemed to portray classrooms and stick-figure representations of individuals being shot.
