Charlotte Ross is an American actress. She is well known for her roles as Eve Donovan on the NBC Daytime soap opera Days of Our Lives.
It has aired since 1987 to 1991 and on the ABC police procedural drama series N.Y.P.D Blue as Det. She has played Connie McDowell from 2001 to 2004 as well.

On January 21, 1968, Ross was born and raised in Winnetka, Illinois. Ross’s father Peter Ross a financial advisor; died in 2009. Her mother, Debbie Ross Kullby, who is retired lives in Colorado. George, a hedge-fund analyst is her only younger brother. Ross was eight years old when she did her first on-screen performance a Mouthpiece. Ross moved on to performing in various hometown theater productions.

Ross moved to Los Angeles after graduating from New Trier High School. However her father opposed all the while. Ross tried out for the role of Kelly Bundy on Married with Children. She turned out the producers’ second choice behind Christina Applegate to whom she lost the role to. Afterwards she was cast as Eve Donovan on Days of Our Lives. Ross co-starred with Katey Sagal in the movie Violation of Trust four years later. She guested on Married with Children as one of Bud Bundy’s sexier classmates the year after.
From 1987 to 1991, Ross’s run on Days of Our Lives lasted earning her two Emmy nominations. She had other television credits including the musical drama series The Heights. From this she sang on the Billboard Number One hit “How Do You Talk to an Angel”.In The 5 Mrs. Buchanans, Drexell’s Class, Pauly, Law & Order, Trinity, Beggars and Choosers, Frasier, Savage Land, Jake in Progress, Fall Into Darkness and A Kiss So Deadly. It reunited her with Days co-star Charles Shaughnessy.
She co-starred in Lifetime television films Montana Sky and Christmas in Paradise which was in 2007. In 1992, she earned a Gold record for her work as a singer on the soundtrack album to The Heights. In the ABC police procedural drama series N.Y.P.D Blue from 2001 to 2004. Ross is also known for her role as Connie McDowell. Ross appeared in an N.Y.P.D Blue episode entitled “Nude Awakening”. It featured shots of her buttocks as she prepared to step into the shower on February 25, 2003.

Ross began starring in the VH1 sports drama series Hit the Floor in 2013. Ross passed on an offer to return to Days of Our Lives as Eve Donovan in 2014. Her role was therefore recast with Kassie DePaiva because she was too busy with other acting projects.
On the ABC musical drama series Nashville, along with this news, Ross also made a guest appearance. She was cast as Felicity Smoak’s mother in The CW superhero series; Arrow later that year.
