Cheryl Scott and Dante Deiana are still engaged and it is uncertain when they will get married. They met each other for the first time at a charity event in Chicago in early 2016, and soon the two started dating.
Dante, in 2018 proposed to the reporter when they were on holiday in Hawaii at the summit of a 10,000-foot high Haleakala volcano.

In an interview in 2018, Cheryl said she blacked out when Dante proposed to her as she was not expecting it. The New Jersey Native, at that time, said she enjoyed spending time with Dante and their dogs.
