The initial report was for a disturbance, but cops located an adult woman who had clearly been disturbed when they arrived. She was pronounced dead on the scene.

Following an altercation at a home on Tuesday, Peel Regional Police believe the wanted individual is “actively fleeing” authorities.
Now, he is a suspect with no known residence and has been identified.
According to police, the accused and at least one of the victims in the house are acquainted.
He is wanted on one crime of break-and-enter, one count of assault with a weapon, four charges of uttering threats, and three counts of assault.

Linval Alfonso Ritchie, a 29-year-old Brampton man who was in an intimate partner connection with the victim, has been identified as a suspect and is now wanted for murder, according to investigators.

He also has ties to Welland, Orangeville, and Brampton, according to reports.
Ritchie was also one of three people detained on Aug. 25, 2017, after a Peel officer was assaulted while making an arrest as per some sources.
