American singer, actress, author, businesswoman, and humanitarian, Dolly Rebecca Parton, has received the first dose of the coronavirus vaccine.
Dolly Parton took the first vaccination shot at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. The excited singer recorded the whole thing in a video and posted to her Twitter account.
The video shared shows Dolly Parton sitting in a chair at the Health facility. She begins by sharing updated lyrics to her hit song “Jolene” to match the occasion.
She sings ”Vaccine, Vaccine, Vaccine”. According to her, she wants everyone to take the vaccination shot including those who are afraid.
Dolly Parton donated a huge sum of $1M to help fund the coronavirus vaccine which is to help save life. As a humanitarian, humans life matters to her and getting vaccinated to stay alive has been her hallmark.
Despite helping to get the vaccine, Dolly Parton revealed she has been in the line since December to get vaccinated.
