Mason Cox weighs 238 pounds (108 kg).

The professional Australian rules footballer Mason Cox plays for the Collingwood Football Club in the Australian Football League.

Raised in suburban Dallas, Texas, Cox attended Edward S. Marcus High School in Flower Mound, Texas, where he was a member of the squad which won back-to-back Class 5A state championships in 2007 and 2008.

He graduated with a degree in engineering from Oklahoma State University in 2014, and played NCAA basketball for the institution.

Recruited from Oklahoma State University, Cox became the tallest player ever measured at an AFL Combine in 2013, standing an imposing 211.4 centimetres.

The ruckman and key forward Cox was signed as a Category B rookie by Collingwood in 2015.

Cox played for the Collingwood reserves team in the Victorian Football League (VFL) amid the 2015 season whilst learning and improving his skills. He played 19 games, averaging 8.3 disposals and 22 hitouts per game.

He made his AFL debut on April 15, 2016 in the annual Anzac Day Match against Essendon at the MCG. Cox commenced the game at full forward, and in just over a minute, he had kicked the first goal of the game, with his first-ever kick at AFL level.

In the 2018 season, Mason Cox scored 5 goals in the MCG.

An integral member of the Magpies squad, Cox has scored 100 goals in his 94-game career with the Collingwood.

Mason Cox became an Australian citizen on June 22, 2022.
