The Siriannis are Fran and Amy’s children.
Nick attended Southwestern Central High School in West Ellicott, New York, where his father served as the head coach, and he graduated there in 1999.

He worked as the receivers coach at Mount Union for one season before being hired by Indiana University of Pennsylvania to work there for three.
From 2018 to 2020, he was the offensive coordinator for the Indianapolis Colts. He also worked as an assistant coach with the San Diego/Los Angeles Chargers and the Kansas City Chiefs.
