The 2015 premiership winner as a coach, Paul Green of the North Queensland Cowboy, is no more among us. He was found dead in his home on Thursday morning, and his wife and kids were with him in his last moments.
The former halfback, who earned the Rothmans Medal in 1995, one of the highest sports awards, left the world shocked after the news of his uncertain death at the age of 49.
After he was found unresponsive, quick emergency service was called for assistance. Police also searched around to confirm if there was anything suspicious.

Legendary Australian NRL former player and coach Paul Green’s news shocked the rugby sporting community after he was found dead in his home. The 49-year-old died on 11 August, Thursday morning, at his Brisbane home.
He passed away in his house garage, and police reported no sign of any suspicious circumstances. The coach had previously received injuries from his games back in the days, which had kept him out of the game a few times.
Paul had a shoulder injury while he was playing for Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks. Later, he joined Sydney Roosters in 2001 and injured his knee in 2002, keeping him out of the whole Rooters premiership season. But no severe issues were known, and everyone was shocked to hear about his uncertain death.
Apart from that, no other serious health issues were reported. So, those who were close to him are shocked by his demise. Police were called around 10 am to Wynnum’s residence after the NRL coach was found unresponsive.

The obituary of the fallen coach Paul Green might be released anytime soon. But, as of now, all his family might be grieving his death. After he was found unresponsive in his parking garage at his home, officials were informed.
Cops arrived, looked around, and reported that no suspicious things were found around the body. Thus, the deceased is taken by the police for a post-mortem, which will identify the actual cause of death.
However, he is survived by his spouse Amanda and two kids, Hed and Emerson.
