Scott Steiner (Full name – Scott Carl Rechsteiner) is an American professional wrestler who was born on July 29, 1962, in Bay City, Michigan, U.S. He is best known for his time in World Championship Wrestling (WCW), where he became a leader of the New World Order (nWo) stable.
Steiner has also wrestled for Jim Crockett Promotions (JCP), Impact Wrestling, the World Wrestling Federation/Entertainment (WWF/WWE), and Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW). He headlined multiple pay-per-view events throughout his career. He was an amateur wrestler at the University of Michigan prior to his professional career.
