American gospel singer, Stevie Wonder has opened up about his aim to relocate from the United States to Ghana as the country has become a polarized society.
Due to how the United States has become an increasingly polarized society, it’s not surprising that many Black people are wanting to relocate outside North America, and one person who has made his intentions known is a musical legend, Stevie Wonder.
He has indicated that he’s going to live the rest of his life in Ghana in a recent interview with Oprah Winfrey in November last year.

He noted that he already made his mind up as he anticipated being respected and valued more and this actually came as a surprise to Oprah Winfrey.
When asked by Oprah Winfrey that he’s going live in Ghana permanently he responded that yes he is as his decision was back to find a better space for his humanity.
He added that he doesn’t see his children’s children’s say “Oh please like me, please respect me, please know that I’m important”
