Has Ana Navarro Lost Weight, Does She Have Covid-19? Health Condition

Ana Navarro doesn’t seem to have lost weight. However, she does suffer from a breakthrough case of COVID-19.

Although in isolation, her health condition seems alright at the moment. She shared the news during the 7 January 2022 episode of The View. It has been running remotely as moderator Whoopi Goldberg also contracted the coronavirus. 

Vaccinated-Ana tested positive for COVID but didn’t feel any symptoms. Furthermore, she expressed being in a pretty good physical condition and prayed it to last. Since then, she has been in isolation with her dog since her doubts. In the end, she asked the people to stay safe and follow the CDC guidelines.


She last tweeted about her health on 9 January. She wrote that she was trudging through it and thanked the intellects behind the development of vaccines and treatments. 

As for her weight loss, Ana hasn’t disclosed anything on the subject. Nevertheless, she revealed the secret behind it to be the Weight Watcher points system in 2013. In the before photos, she looks a bit overweight, but the after ones show her a lot slimmer in comparison.

Ana Navarro is happily married to her husband, Al Cárdenas.

Her spouse is a Cuban-born American lawyer and lobbyist. He is a partner in Squire Patton Boggs and the Advocacy Group of Cardenas Partners. Likewise, he was a member of the Board of Trustees of Florida A&M University.

A St. Thomas Aquinas High School graduate, he later obtained his associate’s degree from Miami Dade Community College. Similarly, he graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University. 

Al is also a politician with a history of serving on the Federal National Mortgage Association (1985-1990). Similarly, he has worked as the Vice-Chairman (three terms) and Chairman (two spans) of the Republican Party of Florida. He is the first Hispanic to lead a major state party and the only Hispanic Republican Party Chairman in Florida’s history.
