Tommie Lee Speaks On Mugshots

Remember when we told you that Tommie Lee was unabashed about those 32 alleged mugshots???

Well the “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” star recently sat down with VH1 to clear the air and confessed that while some of the mugshots are hers, others are not.

Some of them are, some of them ain’t,” said Tommie. “I was dying laughing like, you just see question marks on that one mugshot. That b—- looked like she been drugged. Some of them sh–s is not even me.

Half the time I’ve been on probation without going to prison. Half the time I was put on probation but I was still a badass.

I still would violate probation. I wouldn’t do community service so guess that you get booked again and you got a whole new mugshot.

People act like I’m just a real criminal out here. I’m not denying any of the s–t that I did but that’s not the life I live right now.”

She also revealed that she has TWO daughters, a 9-year-0ld and a 12-year-old…

How many children do you actually have?

“I have two daughters, said Tommie. One is 12 and the other is 9. They done been everywhere. Every f— Christmas we go to aspen to make sure they have a white Christmas. These kids have been to Disney world, Disneyland in LA. They done been all over. They could tell you sh that adult can’t. That’s my only thing that’s going to get to me. When motherf—ers talk about my kids.”

She also revealed that she gave birth to one of her daughters while incarcerated. According to Tommie she had to urinate on herself to get medical attention for her unborn child.

“Well, one day I was sitting in jail just leaking and I pressed the button like, ‘please somebody, can I get checked?’ said Tommie. You know it’s hard to get medical attention in jail. Then they said if you press the button again you’re getting locked down.

So when it was our time to get out, I called my mom and I was like “ma, some s—t is coming out and it’s just coming out every day.” Then the jail said if I press the button I’m going to get locked down. My mom was like, “Pee on yourself right now.”

So, I pissed on myself. When I did, the whole floor was going crazy.

Everyone was screaming “We ’bout to have a baby!” So then they took me to the hospital and it was no fluid around my baby. I had to have an emergency C-section.

Yea, that saved my daughter.

I wasn’t cuffed to the bed. The police were really nice. They let my family come in so it wasn’t like a horrible transition. Then I had to go back to jail and they rushed me to court. The judge went off. He was so f—ing mad! I’ll never forget it.

Report: ‘Love & Hip Hop’ Star Tommie Lee Facing Over 50 Years In Prison Over Child Abuse Charges

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Tommie Lee is facing serious charges stemming from her October 2018 arrest.

Despite being released from jail in December, the reality star has since been indicted on numerous felony and misdemeanor charges and is facing over 50 years in prison, if convicted.

According to TMZ, the state of Georgia reportedly filed an indictment accusing the reality star of disrupting her young daughter’s middle school’s class, slapping her with the strap of her purse, slapping her across the face, dragging her down the hall by her hair and throwing her into a metal locker.

Hours after Tommie Lee was released from jail after the incident, she was re-arrested after she went against a court-ordered issue to avoid contact with the daughter she allegedly assaulted. Her bail was reportedly revoked after she called her daughter, which was a direct violation of a judge’s order.

Tommie Lee’s now facing three felony charges and four misdemeanor charges. If found guilty, she could be sentenced to 54 years in prison.

‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ member indicted for allegedly abusing child

A “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” cast member has been indicted in Cobb County on multiple felony charges.

Atasha Chizaah Jefferson, who goes by “Tommie Lee” on the VH1 reality show, was indicted Thursday on charges of aggravated assault, child cruelty, battery, aggravated stalking and disrupting a public school, court records show.

The charges stem from a few days in the middle of October 2018, according to the indictment.

Jefferson is accused of grabbing one of her children by the hair and shoving their head into a metal locker at Griffin Middle School in Smyrna, according to an Oct. 16 police warrant. She also allegedly slapped the child’s hands with a purse strap and cursed at the child.

Jefferson quickly bonded out on those charges but was arrested again on a charge of aggravated stalking.

A condition of her first arrest was to not have contact with the child, but Jefferson went to her Smyrna home and the child was there.

Police found Jefferson in the attic of the home and arrested her.

Newsweek reported that, when first joining the cast in 2016, Jefferson said she had been arrested more than two dozen times — mostly, she said, for probation violations.

Her most recent post on Instagram, where she has 3.5 million followers, is captioned: “Been through A storm and it turned me Into Ah G”

Her next court date was not immediately available online.

Tommie Lee Explains Story Behind Altercation With Daughter

Tommie Lee of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta is ready to talk about the altercation with her 11-year-old daughter that nearly put her in prison. The celebrity mom recently stopped by The Breakfast Club to share her side of the story.

“I was arrested on some assault charges that basically had to do with my daughter,” Tommie told the show’s co-hosts. Lee was indicted on child abuse charges back in January after an altercation at her daughter’s school took a turn for the worse in 2018. Reports say that Tommie slammed her daughter’s head against a locker and committed other acts of physical assault during a pop-up visit to the tween’s school. The LHH star told The Breakfast Club that the reports are not entirely accurate.

“You know how reports go,” Lee said. “It was a lot put on that. It wasn’t like that at all,” she assured. Tommie went on to share the story behind the altercation.

“First of all, my daughter took edibles to school and she got a charge from that,” Tommie explained. “She took them to school, all the kids ate them, and basically, they called me [and told me that] all the kids were rushed to the hospital. That was a real (sic) big deal for me [because] I was arrested when I was 15-years-old as a runaway and that’s how I started my record; [by] being arrested as a runaway. … It really hindered my life.”

Tommie tried to tell her daughter to keep a low profile in school and to focus on the books. The tween, however, continued to exhibit troublesome behavior. “She was feeling herself at school [and] just trying to fit in,” Lee shared. “The teacher called me three times about her behavior in school.” It was after the third call that Tommie Lee decided to take drastic measures to get her daughter’s attention.

“I got my a– whipped in school,” Lee told The Breakfast Club. “My mother whipped my a– in front of the gym,” the celebrity mom continued. “She whipped my a– in front of everybody. So that’s the first thing that came to my mind. ‘I’m going to embarrass her in front of everybody so she won’t be embarrassing this teacher, or disrespecting this teacher.’ That’s what I thought.”

A camera caught the altercation between Tommie Lee and her daughter. The LHH star later learned that she was being charged with child abuse.

“Whippings are a last resort for me,” Tommie told the co-hosts of The Breakfast Club. “I can count on my hand how many times I’ve had to get physical with [my kids],” she added. “We don’t have that type of relationship.”

Tommie Lee initially faced 54 years in prison for child abuse charges. The celebrity mom, however, managed to accept a plea deal that included her pleading guilty to child cruelty charges and adhering to an 11 PM curfew. Lee also cannot travel outside of the state of Georgia without written permission and cannot attend events where alcohol and drugs are present.

Tommie Lee Quits ‘Love & Hip Hop’ And Claims The Show Was ‘Misery And Depression’

It looks like Tommie Lee is officially done with Love And Hip Hop: Atlanta.

The reality star took to her Instagram Story yesterday (August 24) and made it clear that not only is she not returning to the show, but that she was miserable during her time on it.

“No I am not nor will I ever return to love&hiphop so pls stop asking that error is dead! #tommies**t,” she wrote in red letters. “I’m much happier to not be under that umbrella it was misery and depression there.”

If you’re wondering, yes, she meant “era” not “error.” Tommie later posted a video on her IG clarifying what she meant and took some shots at those trying to correct her in the process.

Welp! Looks like the next season of L&HHA will be Tommie free, which may ultimately be a good thing for her, considering her recent legal troubles.

Back in May, Lee was sentenced in a child abuse case after pleading guilty to five charges, including first-degree cruelty to children. She was ordered to complete a residential recovery program and 12 months of successful aftercare with licensed doctors. Under her probation conditions, Tommie reportedly can’t have violent contact with a child, travel outside the state of Georgia without written approval or attend work or promo events where drugs or alcohol are present.

Tommie Lee Claps Back at Fans Who Roast Her Apparent Grammatical Errors

Former “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” actress Tommie Lee flipped out at fans over the weekend after they came for her apparent grammar mistakes.

Earlier this year, rumors spread that Lee was fired from “LHHATL” after she was hit with several child abuse charges in October. It’s unclear if she resigned or was fired from the show due to her legal woes, unruly behavior and/or excessive drinking, but one thing is for certain, the mother of two claimed she won’t be reappearing on the series.

“No I am not nor will I ever return to love&hiphop so pls stop asking that error is dead! #tommies–t,” Lee wrote in red lettering via her Instagram Story on Saturday, answering fans’ most asked question.

She added, “I’m much happier to not be under that umbrella it was misery and depression there.”

Fans quickly pointed out that Lee used the word “error” incorrectly in her sentence, saying that it should be “era.”

“Celebrities that cant spell lol you meant ‘era’ sis! But we get it ???‍♀️!”

“So you’re mad at us because you don’t know the difference between era and error ? okay girl”

“There is an error ?… (Whispers) Era*…..but we knew what you meant sis, continue. Should have went to college”

Lee, of course, caught wind of all the backlash she was receiving and made a video addressing online “grammar police.”

“Y’all mutherf–kers think y’all are so f–king smart and everybody so let me use era and error in a sentence,” Lee said in her video. “The era that you millennial babies were born in, your mother made an error by having you dumb mutherf–kers.”

She also added in her caption, “FYI I’m very educated and would’ve graduated from college but the line was too fuckin long B–CH ??”

Fans also defended Lee.

“She definitely meant Error idiots reread ? don’t try to make Tommie look dumb”

“She meant error though. Y’all just love to be spellchecks ? I do wish she was back on LHHATL tho”

Lee left season 7 of “LHHATL” on shaky grounds after being put on blast for her excessive drinking. At one point, she was prevented from filming due to her violent outbursts. She did, however, reveal during the season that alcoholism ran deep in her family. She added that drinking helps her cope with a lot of hardships going on in her life.

“I don’t really have support,” she said during her confessional that season. “To deal with the thoughts of my mom, not liking me, hating me and the stress that I’m going through with my brothers and sisters like how big my heart is and open to everybody — they don’t feel the same way about me so that kinda like hurts.”

The “LHHATL” alum is currently on 10 years of probation from her child abuse case she resolved in May. She must stay out of trouble during her probation sentence or she faces being immediately hauled off to prison.
