Alan Richard Michaels born November 12, 1944, in Brooklyn, New York is an American television sportscaster.
Now employed by NBC Sports after nearly three decades with ABC Sports, Michaels is one of two sportscasters to be a play-by-play voice or host for the championships of the four major American pro sports, having called Super Bowl, World Series, NBA Championships, and the Stanley Cup Finals.
