The news of Wartell’s arrest, JCC assistant director, has not been publicized. The arrest reports could simply be unfounded gossip. The person with the same name as him, however, was arrested for sodomy.
At the Evanston police station, then 29-year-old Ari Yonatan Wartell of 2900 N. Damen Avenue in Chicago was detained. He was charged with violence and making offensive or provocative physical contact with an 8-year-old child.
Additionally, the arrest news, which included a list of criminal cases and the allegations in each, was first published in 2019.

The former Starbucks employee may be busy with his new profession and career, according to his Facebook post.
In addition, it appears from his LinkedIn page that he is still employed as the JCC associate director, based in the Greater Chicago Area. He oversees all leases and rentals while managing the maintenance and cleaning crews under the direction of the property manager.
