Who Is Justin Stein Blue Mountains? 

Justin Stein is the fiance of 9-year-old Charlise Mutten’s mother, Kallista Mutten.

Stein was charged with murder and refused bail to appear in court. 

On Tuesday at 8.30 pm, a group of detectives arrested 32-year-old Justin Stein at a unit in Riley St, Surry Hills, in inner Sydney.

The property from which Charlise reportedly disappeared, called Wildenstein, is often used as a wedding venue and is owned by Mr Stein’s family.

NSW Police also searched at Colo River, located about an hour from the Blue Mountains.

Charlise was believed to have been wearing a pink top with a round neck collar and pink Nike thongs when she disappeared.

Charlise Mutten’s stepdad, Justin Stein, was arrested at an apartment in Surry Hills at about 8.30 on Tuesday night. 

He is 32 years old and was engaged to 9 years old mother, Kallista.

He was arrested and taken to Surry Hills Police Station and charged with murder.

He will face court on Wednesday morning. 

The search at Colo River by NSW Police couldn’t find any update on Charlize’s missing body. 

Justin comes from a wealthy family and owns the Wildenstein wedding venue. 

Charlize was last seen on Thursday afternoon on the verandah of the wedding venue. 

Is Justin Stein Going To Jail?

Justin Stein has been arrested by a group of homicide detectives and sent to jail. He will be facing the court on Wednesday morning. 

The nine-year-old lives with her grandmother in Coolangatta, Queensland,

However, she spent two weeks with her mother during the school holidays. 

One of the theories circulating about her disappearance is that the youngster was taken away from the property in a mysterious car with no headlights.

On Tuesday, John Haitzler, who lives next to the Steins, told his wife Carole was reading at 4.30 am on Friday when she heard the sound of a car on the driveway.

Police confirmed on Friday that a neighbour saw a car with no headlights leave the property. 

Later that day, they seized Mr Stein’s red Colorado ute in Penrith for forensic examination.
