LeBron James made his debut in the NBA in 2003 for the Cleveland Cavaliers. In his first game, James completed 25 points against the Sacramento Kings, setting the record for the most points by a prep-to-pro player. At the end of the season, he was awarded NBA Rookie of the Year Award, making him the first Cleveland Cavaliers to receive such award.
